Our snaplock and standing seam lines feature versatile and durable products designed for both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. The fixed-width line produces panels in a single width, while the adjustable-width line can produce panels in various widths. Raw material is always fed from the coil, and for easy coil changes, we offer double decoilers or coil turnstiles.
Sound dampening felt, anti-condensation felt, and protective films can be automatically applied during profiling. Different types of nano, micro, and shadow grooves can be included on the profiled panels.
Manual Line: Features a receiving table where an operator handles the finished products.
Fully Automatic Line: Utilizes industrial robots to handle finished products, stack them, and feed them into an automatic packing system. After packing, stacks can be manually packed or automatically transported into pallets or crates.
