The acquisition made by Kaarjoki Oy on 17.12.2019 and its owners has become the new owner of Macring. Macring’s existing executive management, Heikki Kärpijoki and Jukka Valde, will continue as significant owners.
Macring Oy is a manufacturer of equipment for the sheet metal industry, Founded in 1994. The company is best known for its production lines for rainwater drainage systems, roll forming and cutting lines. Equipment has been shipped to over a thousand locations worldwide. Macring Oy operates in Piikkiö and employs 17 people.
The acquisition also includes Macring’s subsidiary company Finprofile, which is operating in Ukraine. Finprofile has been operating since 1994 and it manufactures roll forming lines and supports its parent company´s equipment manufacturing. The company employs 67 people. The turnover combined with Macring and Finprofile for the current year will be 5.5 million euro.

Kaarjoki Konepaja Oy operates in the field of machine building, sheet metal manufacturing and steel construction. Mamec manufactures pumps and mixers under its own brand. Mamec is also a contract manufacturer of precision mechanical equipment. Kaarjoki Group ‘s turnover last year was approximately 15 Million euro and the Group employs 85 people.
